Do you want your daughter to marry a guy identical to you or your son to grow up and be just like you?
a) Dad #1 – (Laughing) What I want is for her to marry someone that has the good qualities that I have but avoids the bad ones. I want her to look for something like what her mom & I have. Doesn’t have to be exactly like me. Christian, treat you right, equals in the relationship, not the old “do what I say woman” 1950s kind of marriage.
b) Dad #2 – I want my daughter to marry a guy that’s better than me that has my good traits and none of my bad traits.
c) Dad #3 – Uh..in some ways yes and some ways no. My biggest thing is being consistent and that’s something I think I’m getting better at it.
